Description: Metropolitan Engineering designed multiple buildings in Crystal City. Our president likes to say that Crystal City was designed by Metropolitan Engineering. Our latest project in this area is beautiful Altaire located at 400 Army Navy Drive and delivered in 2018. The entire project consist of two towers with twenty stories and 450 luxury apartment units. We utilized VRF HVAC System which saved roof space for sky lounge and roof terrace overlooking the Potomac River. Other amenities are fully-stocked gym, courtyard with pool and grilles, game room with arcade games and simulators, and pet wash. Hot water for the buildings is provided by central hot water system.
