2100 M Street NW – Washington DC

  • Renovation of commercial office space for the Planning & Analysis Department on the second floor of an existing building. The new space includes open and closed offices and work areas.
  • Renovation of commercial office space for the Real Estate Renovation Office on the second floor of an existing building. The new space includes open and closed offices and work areas.
  • Renovation of commercial office space for the Information Systems & Services Department on the second floor of an existing building. The new space includes open and closed offices and work areas.
  • Renovation of approximately laboratory space on the second floor of Tompkins Hall.
  • Renovation of approximately 8,000 square feet of space on the 1st floor of Phillips Hall.  The scope includes investigation of adequate capacity of existing AHU-9 to accommodate new design and provide design utilizing existing AHU-9.

1957 E St. – Washington DC

  • Renovation of approximately 1,000 square feet of commercial office space on the 5th floor of an existing building.  The new space converts an existing reception lounge area to two closed office spaces, lighting in the reception area will also be modified.
  • Renovation of approximately 2,000 square feet of commercial office space on the 6th floor of an existing building.  The new space includes new ceiling with new lighting and additional power receptacles.

Marvin Center at 800 21st St. – Washington, DC

  • Renovation of select commercial food service areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors of an existing building. The new space on the 2nd floor includes the addition of a new walk-in refrigerator/freezer, elimination of existing smaller refrigerators and freezers, and elimination of coffee service area. The 2nd floor area is also experiencing poor ventilation and occupant comfort that will need to be investigated and corrected. The new space on the 3rd floor includes relocated refrigerators, freezers, and coffee service equipment displaced from the 2nd floor.

Betts Theatre – Washington, DC

  • Renovation to the existing HVAC distribution in the existing Betts Theatre in the Marvin Center. The HVAC distribution changes was targeted to eliminate excess system noise with the addition of several new diffusers and straightened duct runs.

Monroe Hall – Washington, DC

  • Renovation of approximately 500 square feet of classroom space in an existing building.  The new space was divided into three rooms, requiring revisions to the existing lighting, switching, circuiting, fire alarm and HVAC.
